I assess injuries, treat and assist in rehabilitation. I use precise soft tissue therapy to release hyper-contraction and spasms in the soft tissue, eliminate trigger points that cause pain, and restore postural alignment and flexibility.

 

Stretching stabilizes the part of the body that is not being worked on and manually stretch the target muscles. Additionally, I provide instructions for self-stretching outside of my office.
